Our IBC Laundry Service consists of a rigorous and consistent cleaning, testing, repair and inspection process, to ensure the containers are immaculately reconditioned, like new.

 
 
 
Stage 1 of IBC Reconditioning

Stage 1

External power wash and label removal.

Stage 2

400 bar internal triple wash cycle.

Stage 3

Internal vacuum.

 
 
Stage 4 of IBC Reconditioning

Stage 4

Drying stations evaporate any moisture left inside the IBC.

 
 
Stage 5 of IBC Reconditioning

Stage 5

90 second pressurised leak test of both bottle and outlet valve.

 
 
Stage 6 of IBC Reconditioning

Stage 6

Valves are either replaced, if damaged, or foil-sealed for tamper evidence. New sealing pins are fitted.

 
 
Stage 7 of IBC Reconditioning

Stage 7

Aesthetic inspection. Includes wire brush and galvanised painting of cage where required, as well as bottle polish.
